I thought the song described her wait and explode approach to racing. A California girl deserves some quality California music as well.
I liked her in her maiden debut and I've followed closely to every race since, despite being 3,000 miles away and on the wrong coast.
She returns in 2009 still unbeaten and arguably the best horse in the United States.
