We are sad to hear of the passing of Darcy; he reminded us so much of our old boy Bruff, also a Golden Retriever, who passed away in May 2006. I think the human race is divided into two camps, those who think that Golden retreivers are the best of all breeds, and the rest. Knowing Darcy puts us into the first camp. We only met Darcy a few times, but he was a great ambassador for his breed. we understand how much he will be missed. Well done, Lorraine, Gareth - and 'Grandma and Grandad'
I only met Darcy once, but always rembered his lovley face and nature. He was truly a great ambassador for the golden retrievers. My heart and thoughts go out to you Lorraine. We all will miss the stubborn old bugger, but he will live on in our hearts forever!!! He might be out of sight, but he will never be forgotten.
