You're little boy is truly amazing. You have a beautiful family. Being pregnant with a CHD baby myself, this video gives me a lot of hope and inspiration.

Mike and Janet are pillars of strength. There love for Dylan is unsurpassed. This beautiful little boy has been through so much in his short little life. He is a Fighter. Family and friends here in N.Y. have been praying for him everyday and he has been put on several Pray Lists. Its a heartache for me not living close. This grandma misses her 2 newest grandchildren. Janet has done a wonderful job with Dylan Journey and I hope everyone who sees this gets the word out to SUPPORT CHD. The next child born could be diagnosed with this disease.

She has Congenitally Corrected Transposition (L-TGA) with a moderate VSD and probable Pulmonary Stenosis. She'll be here in January!!
