Yeah, I miss the crowd from the 60's & 70's @ the old pier. Even before George bought it. Grouchy old Williams wasn't it? Many good times indeed!!
That isn't Tiny Tim. He is a Hawaiin, name is Israel (with a long complicated last name) go to Youtube and you will find him. It is a great song for sure and the video is pretty good.
