Is my credit card information secure?
Yes! Access to your data is limited to authorized One True Media staff and restricted by password protection mechanisms. We process all orders on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). You'll know this security measure is working when you see either the symbol of an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) on the bottom of your browser window.
We will not store your credit card information in our database unless you instruct us to or join as a member. Credit card numbers are used for processing payments only and for no other purposes. As part of real-time payment processing, our online transaction partner uses fraud management techniques. This service gives you and One True Media an extra level of security to guard against credit card fraud.

Can I combine multiple orders to get a volume discount?
Yes, you can order different montages on DVD and get the same discount. When ordering one DVD you can add other DVDs by selecting
"order several DVDs at once" on the choose quantity page. You can then add other DVDs to your order.
Can I get more than one Montage on a DVD I order?
At the current time, each DVD can contain one montage. We are working on offering multiple montages on one DVD. Stay tuned!
