  • Who can see what I've created?

    Only the people you send a link to or invite as guests can view your One True Media creation. We make it easy for you to share and easy for them to view by not requiring them to register. They simply click on the link in your invitation email, which takes them directly to your Share Page.

    NOTE: If your guests forward the link to others, those people will be able to view your content as well. While your "Share Page" is private to you, it can be shared with others so that they can see all of your shared creations.

    Alternatively, you can share your creations publicly by submitting them to our Public Gallery. These creations will be visible by anyone on the internet.

  • Is my data secure?

    Yes! Access to your data is limited to authorized One True Media staff and restricted by password protection mechanisms. We process all orders on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). You'll know this security measure is working when you see either the symbol of an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) on the bottom of your browser window.   • Will you ever rent or sell my name or email address?

    Absolutely not. We have a strict Privacy Policy that is committed to protecting your privacy and any personally identifiable information. We will never rent or sell your name or personal information, nor the names of the guests with whom you share your creations.

  • Are there any restrictions about the kind of Montages I can make?

    The subject of your creation is up to you, as long as it is not offensive or damaging to others. You must own the content you use. This includes the music you upload for your Montages.

  • What is your return policy?

    For DVDs:

    Since your creations are so personal, we want you to be happy with the final product. You may return a DVD to One True Media for any reason within 30 (thirty) days of receipt for a replacement DVD, store credit, or a refund. You can ship the product back to us at:

    Your replacement/credit/refund will be processed once your original item is received.

    For Premium Memberships:

    If you cancel your Premium membership within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase, we will refund the fee charged within the last 14 (fourteen) days and change your account to a Basic free account.

    Note: If you receive a free DVD as part of our annual subscription offering and wish to cancel your Premium membership, we will refund the net of the unused portion and DVD cost. The DVD will be yours to keep.
