Do I have to sign in or have an account to view a Montage that was shared with me?
No. We want to make it easy for our users to share their montages. You don't need to have an account or sign in.
I can't get a Montage shared with me to play. What can I do?
The most common cause of viewing problems is your connection speed to the Internet. We recommend a broadband connection (DSL or Cable modem) for the best experience. On slower connections, the Montage may not load as fast as it needs to play back without pausing. Some older computers may also experience problems with video playback. You may want to wait a few moments before clicking the Play button so more of the video file is available to play. Also, it's best not to reload the page often since this will cause the playback process to start over again.
If you were emailed a link, be sure to check that you are selecting the entire URL or address.
If you continue to have problems viewing the Montage, please contact us at customercare@onetruemedia.com with any details about the problem you are experiencing, your connection speed, and the computer and operating system you are using to view the montage, including a link to the Montage if possible.
How do I leave a comment?
Click on the speech balloon image to the bottom right of the viewer. If you're the first one to leave a comment, the balloon will read "Be the First to Add a Comment." If there are other comments, the bubble will just read "Add." Below the speech balloon you can read other people's comments.
Can I buy a copy of a Montage that was shared with me?
Yes! You can buy a DVD of a Montage. Just click on the "Buy on DVD" link to the right of the viewer.
Can I share a copy of a Montage that was shared with me?
Yes. You can post a copy of the Montage online or email someone a link to the project. Just click on the "Post Online" or "Email a Link" button to the right of the viewer or book.
