We process and ship orders within three to four business days of order receipt. Depending on your shipping choice, please add a few more days for delivery time. We offer "Standard" shipping via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, "Expedited" shipping via FedEx 2-Day Express, and "Rush" shipping via FedEx Overnight. We currently do not offer FedEx Saturday delivery. Orders shipping outside the United States are sent via U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail.
Will the DVD play on my DVD player?
Our DVDs are produced in a standard format that is playable in the majority of home players that can play DVD-R or "burned" disks. They will also play in any computer with a DVD drive and DVD-player software. However, the discs may not be playable in older DVD players.
If you experience trouble viewing the DVD and have access to either a computer with a DVD-drive or a different make and model of DVD player, please try playing your DVD on either one of these alternate players. If it works, then unfortunately, it's probably a combation of the original DVD player and our production process that's causing it to fail.

Do you encode the DVDs for international playback?
We encode the DVD based on the shipping address (unless you tell us otherwise). For DVDs shipped within the USA, they are region-free and NTSC-encoded.
What is your return policy on DVDs?
Since your creations are so personal, we want you to be happy with the final product. You may return a DVD to One True Media for any reason within 30 (thirty) days of receipt for a replacement DVD, store credit, or a refund. You can ship the product back to us at:
