  • What are the advantages of Premium Membership over a free Basic Account?

    For $3.99 a month or $39.99 a year, our Premium Members can share up to an hour-long Video online and get unlimited high quality posts. Premium Members get full access to great features, including hundreds of premium songs, unlimited downloads, increased storage space and shared views, and unlimited monthly uploads.

    A Basic Account does not have access to all of our premium features, and online sharing is limited to 30 seconds.

  • How do I cancel my One True Media account?

    If you are a Premium Member, go to your account page and click on the "Manage Membership" option. Click the "Cancel Membership" button to stop the recurring $3.99 monthly charge. At the end of the paid month, your membership will revert to a Basic Account. This means that the Premium features such as unlimited downloads, premium music, and increased storage and bandwidth will no longer be available at the end of the paid month.

    If you have a free Trial or Basic Account, please email customercare@onetruemedia.com to cancel your account. Your content will be available for sixty (60) days before it is deleted.

  • How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list? Will my account still be active?

    If you no longer wish to receive coupons, discounts and contest notifications from One True Media, here's how to unsubscribe from our mailing list:

    Log into your One True Media account.
    Click on your account link in the top right-hand corner of the page.
    Click on "Change Communication Preferences."
    De-select the box and click on "Update."

    Unsubscribing from the mailing list does not deactivate your account.

  • I'm trying to sign in but the site's making me create a new account. What do I do?

    We require your browser to have cookies enabled in order to sign in to the site and use our service. A cookie is a small amount of text that your browser uses to help our site manage your online session. Here's how you can make sure cookies are enabled for your browser:

    Internet Explorer: In the menu bar, go to Tools >> Internet Options. Click on the "Privacy" tab. Move the slider to "Medium" then click the "Advanced" button below the privacy level description. Select "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" and make sure the "Always accept session cookies" option is also checked. Click "OK" to close the dialog boxes.

    Firefox: In the menu bar, go to Tools >> Options. Go to the Privacy section, and then the "Cookies" tab. Make sure the option to "Allow sites to set Cookies" is checked. Click "OK" to close the dialogue box.

  • How much content can I store in my One True Media account?

    All registered members can store up to 200MB of content for 60 days free. The 200MB can include any combination of 200 photos or about 10-15 minutes of video. Premium Membership offers virtually unlimited storage space for all of your photos or DVD-quality video.

  • How do I get my content into my One True Media account?

    Sign in to your account and upload files directly to your account online.

  • What happens to my content and creations if my One True Media account expires?

    One True Media will maintain creations for up to ninety (90) days in free accounts with no activity. You must sign in at least once every ninety (90) days in order to retain your free membership. Otherwise, One True Media reserves the right to cancel your membership and remove your creations (including the shared versions). If you purchase a Monthly or Annual Premium Membership, your content is safely stored for the duration of your active membership.
